German Klasse K licence postponed

It looks as though the introduction of an entry level amateur radio license
in Germany has been postponed indefinitely

The DARC reporting on a meeting between the amateur radio round table (RTA)
and the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) on November 24 says:

*"The discussion on the introduction of another license class has been
postponed indefinitely, because it can not be ruled out that such an
introduction could restrict the self-construction privilege of amateur
radio operators."*
