Por curiosidade fui ver o que é preciso para ser Radioamador na India e dei
de caras com esta página:

Por sorte tem um link para um "QNAF simplificado":

Mesmo apesar de toda a burocracia, têm 2 licenças:

   - Restrita, sem prova de morse e limite de w em HF
   - Ilimitada, com prova de morse (recepção e transmissão a 8WPM) e limite
   de 400w em HF

É giro ver também as frequências em que podem operar... Pena a burocracia
que pode levar 1 ano a atingir a categoria máxima (que permite por exemplo
utilziar bandas WARC ou os segmentos digitais dos planos de banda) ou para
poder começar a transmitir de forma autonoma... Realmente a India é um país
terceiro-mundista...
