Dispute over ham radio antenna in Canterbury

The Canterbury Times reports on the attempt of radio amateur Armando
Martins M0PAM to get planning permission for a very modest antenna

The newspaper says Armando has been enjoying the hobby for over 60
years. His QRZ entry notes he was first licenced as CR6IL in
Portuguese West Africa (Angola).
