ARLA/CLUSTER: Arrábida já ativa

Boa tarde.

Finalmente o link na serra da Arrábida foi reposto e com ele a 
possibilidade de interligação entre o DCS012 V (DSTAR) e o DMR.

Está pois operacional este sistema.

No repetidor DSTAR, diversos colegas informaram que os sinais de 
cobertura são muito inferiores ao habitual, foi verificado que 
efectivamente o sistema radiante tem problemas e a potência do PA 
reduzida a 2W, assim será notada uma cobertura inferior mas sem prejuízo 
do andar final.
