New Thailand Ham Radio Regs

The new amateur radio regulations for Thailand's 247,000 radio hams
become effective on July 24, 2014

Among the changes, six metres opened up, 2-metre band expanded, power
on 2m increased to 60 watts, UHF bands allowed, Entry Level Basic
Operator licence (Novice) may now use 100 watts on 10 metres.
