Energise your radio club

Richard G3CWI has visited nearly 40 radio clubs in the last 18 months.
He has noticed that clubs seem to be at their best when they have a
project to do.

Through his company SOTABEAMS, he developed a kit for a 20m
groundplane antenna for the successful RSGB YOTA event held in July.
He is now offering this kit to radio clubs to be the focus of a club
antenna project.

Richard says "I hope that clubs will see this as an opportunity to run
sessions on simple HF antenna design, construction and testing.
The completed project lends itself well to a club portable activity too.

It's a great project as everyone who participates comes away with a
really functional portable antenna. The kit encourages on-air use
which should appeal to newly licenced hams as well as the old hands. "
