Norway forms ham radio Vision and Action Working Group

The Norwegian national amateur radio society *NRRL* reports a Vision and
Action Working Group is being formed

The focus will be NRRL's vision and action program, among others:
- The relationship between NRRL and the groups
- Manager training / courses
- Competence raising
- Regional meetings
- Visibility outward
