ANFR newsletter released

France's *National Frequency Agency* (ANFR) has published the January 2020
edition of their newsletter Frequency News

The newsletter includes:
• Nanosatellites / CubeSats news item notes the "Amateur Satellite Service
should not be used by commercial operators"
• Clearing 3400-3800 MHz for 5G use
• 5G border coordination in 3.5 GHz
• Spectrum Police act in response the the illegal use of frequencies by
French Fishing Vessels
