HamSphere 4.0 French DX contest 2019

This contest is dedicated to French National Bastille Day 14 of July.

Work as many operators from France and French overseas departments and
territories on all continents as possible for multipliers and also
with operators from all over the world (including France and French
overseas departments and territories) for points.

Every participant can work all stations all over the world. Repeated
QSOs with the same operator are valid on every new band. For every
valid confirmed QSO you will receive points depending on distance
between you and operator which you have worked. Multipliers will be
every new French and French overseas territories operator once during
all contest. List of territories which are valid for multipliers is
shown below in the Multipliers section. Final result will be
calculated as points for every valid confirmed QSO multiplied by a
number of worked French and French overseas territories stations. QSL
exchange is needed. Note, that only confirmed QSOs will be valid. Do
not forget about the 15 minutes rule. 15 minutes must have passed
before you can contact the same op on a different band.

Scores calculation: Total points for QSOs distances multiply by (Total
numbers of worked French and French overseas territories operators+1)

+1 is for cases, if operator did not work with any operator from
France or French overseas territories.

Multipliers:

Every new operator from France and French overseas territories ONE
TIME during the contest.
