Petition: 2 metre amateur band must be kept

Chris Garrod has created an online petition to the UK Government and
Ofcom to save the vital 144 MHz amateur radio band which is under
threat

France has proposed to CEPT that 144-146 MHz be allocated to the
Aeronautical Mobile Service.
It seems Germany was the only CEPT member that had any objections, see
