UK Foundation Licence and its impact

*Essex Ham* looks at the impact of the introduction of the Foundation
licence in the UK

Essex Ham wrote this article following an enquiry from *Peter LB0K*, an
ex-pat now in Norway.

Norway only has a single class of licence. The CEPT Class 1 equivalent
licence permits 1 kW output and requires a pass in the 35 question HAREC
compatible exam.
