Run Android Peanut App on a Windows machine

*Peanut* is an Android voip application that allows hams talk on analogue
and over the air gateways to Dstar DMR Fusion Wiresx etc using a cellphone
or other Android device

When using it in analogue Peanut to Peanut the audio quality is excellent
so it is ideal for older amateurs who are having trouble with hearing loss.

You can also run it on a Windows pc using an Android emulator
