144 and 1240 MHz threats: IARU submits papers

The IARU has submitted two papers to the CEPT ECC Conference Preparatory
Group (CPG) meeting which takes place in Ankara, Turkey on August 26-30,
2019

Regional meetings of national communications regulators are taking place
around the world in August in preparation for the ITU World
Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19) to be held in Sharm el-Sheikh,
Egypt, from October 28 to November 22.

RSGB volunteers contributed to these two IARU papers:

AI10 - View on Amateur GNSS proposal
