Well known ham radio operator dies in fall from tower

WSAU reports 84-year-old *Paul Bittner W0AIH* fell 50 feet from his tower
on Wednesday and was later found dead at the scene

Bittner was known to dabble in amateur radio and had many antenna and radio
towers on his property, making it known as an antenna farm. He was known by
many ham radio operators under his call sign *W0AIH*.

One report says Bitner was performing maintenance on one of his towers at
the time of his death.

He was a retired Lutheran paster. Funeral arrangements are pending.
