ARLA/CLUSTER: Pesquisa sobre o estado do radioamadorismo em 2018

Bons dias a todos.

Bem, pensava eu que por cá as coisas não andavam muito bem quando no final
da consulta que foi realizada acerca das possíveis alterações ao DL
53/2009, apenas uma percentagem mínima dos radioamadores portugueses
respondeu efectivamente.

Pelos vistos nos States a coisa ainda é pior...
