5 MHz (60m) in New Zealand

It looks as though radio amateurs in New Zealand will soon be gaining
access to two channels in the 5 MHz (60m) band

The regulator's SMART database shows that two 60m frequencies 5.354400
and 5.363400 MHz may become available for use in New Zealand with a
power level of 10dBW for emissions with a designator code of 2K80J3EJN
(SSB).

It is understood that amateurs will have to download and fill out a
form and return to NZART HQ before being permitted to use these
channels on a Secondary basis.
