African military Thales-3000 system on 13998.4 kHz was causing interference
in the amateur radio 20m band

In the amateur radio 40m band Radio Myanmar has been heard on 7200 kHz and
Radio Hargeisa from the Repubilic of Somaliland on 7120 kHz.
