Uma informação para quem possa não saber ou esteja "distraído".

Nesta nova sociedade de ligações a... e links para... relembro que redes
publicas são interditas a uso e difusão nas redes de amador. Essa e a razão
de o Echolink pedir cópia da licença, sucedendo o mesmo com outras redes.

Zello, WhatsApp, IRN/TeamSpeak FRN e muitas outras são redes publicas sem
controle de acessos (a não ser as dependentes da vontade de um qualquer
gestor de grupos) e como tal completamente interditas ao seu uso em
sistemas de amador.

Podem no entanto ser usadas livremente em 446, desde que não sejam
ultrapassados os limites regulamentados, ou por qualquer outro sistema à
margem do serviço de amador.

Este meu e-mail, contrariamente ao que possam pensar não é uma critica,
sou, para os que não o sabem, um defensor de todos os meios/métodos de
comunicação possíveis de ser utilizados por um radio amador ou um comum
cidadão, o facto de não ter algo que o certifique não é para mim nada que
me "atormente" a não ser a possível intervenção da autoridade gestora das
comunicações nacionais e uma possível coima resultante de tal actuação.
Serve tão somente, como o afirmo no inicio deste e-mail, de informação e
nada mais que isso.
