IARU Monitoring System slides available

*Peter Jost HB9CET* has created an excellent presentation about the
structure and work of IARU Monitoring System (IARUMS) Region 1 which was
given at Landshut 2017

The IARUMS was established to monitor and report intruders in the Amateur
bands. Peter described typical intruders as well as some military signals
which can be heard.

The slides indicate that although the RSGB is a member society of IARUMS-R1
it is not what is described as a "Reporting Society".
