English edition of AMSAT-EA newsletter

Spain's amateur satellite group *AMSAT-EA* have released an English
language edition of their December newsletter

It covers the recently launched RADFXSAT (FOX-1B) FM transponder CubeSat
and the HA-1 FM / SSTV CubeSat due to launch in December. There is an
article on the satellite tracking software Orbitron and Robert KE4AL
describes his experiences operating satellites during a DXpedition to St.
Croix, U.S. Virgin Island.
