ARLA/CLUSTER: FCC rejeita amplificadores lineares com uma tolerancia de 15dB

Bom dia,

E há que interpretar bem os argumentos da FCC, está a rejeitar esta 
excepção porque colocaria o fabricante em questão em vantagem 
competitiva durante algum tempo já que a regra da limitação de ganho nos 
amplificadores está a ser reanalisada na generalidade e prevê-se que 
seja brevemente alargada ou eliminada, nessa altura passando a 
aplicar-se a todos os fabricantes sem necessidade de excepções.
