International Day of Persons with Disabilities

On the IARU Region 1 site Rizkallah Azrak OD5RI reports that six
Societies will celebrate the International Day of Persons with
Disabilities on December 3

UK - The Derby and District Amateur Radio Society (Inc. Derby Wireless
Club 1911) G2DJ will be operating the station

Egypt - The Egyptian Radio Amateurs Society ERASD, SU0ERA will be
operating the station http://www.faceboook.com/erasdnet

Bosnia & Herzegovina - The Radio Club Tuzla will be operating the
station E71AVW on 14 MHz, SSB mode from 10.00 to 18.00 hours. The
activity will be organised with group of blind members and other
persons with Disability. A QSL card will be send to all who made a
contact. The event will be covered by media and many officials.

Hungary - The Radioclub Bajcsy will be operating the station HG0IDPD.

Switzerland - USKA will be operating from the Swiss Paraplegic Centre,
SPZ in Nottwil, JN47BD on 20m SSB with the new special callsign
HB9IPHA, and operated by Thomas HB9FXU. The SPZ is a emergency
hospital and rehabilitation centre for spinal cord injured persons
they have some special equipment for handicapped persons at that day.

Russia - Soyuz Radiolyubiteley Rossii (SRR) and amateur radio station
of Society of young people with disabilities "Apparel" (RA5R). Will be
operating during from December 1-11 on all amateur bands with special
