ARLA/CLUSTER: ARRL Okays P5/3Z9DX North Korea Operation for DXCC

Se fosse de hoje, eu diria que era a mentira da ARRL do dia 1 de Abril, mas
como é de ontem, é verdade.

Alias a URE até já retirou o alegado comunicado da Coreia do Norte através
de um seu representante espanhol/norte coreano a dizer que a operação nunca
se realizou .
