ARLA/CLUSTER: A six week course near Lisboa with ARLA

After establishing a protocol with the local transportation company
Fertagus, A.R.L.A. (Associação de Radioamadores do Litoral Alentejano)
will begin next Saturday, 14th of November, a six week course on
Fertagus facilities with the focus on giving to the attendees an
'introduction to radio communications' with several topics covering
basic techniques, emergency and analog/digital communications, station
components, antennas, etc.

As well as some non practical classes on electrical units, ohm's law,
radio waves propagation and a lot more! The program is available here:
