New SOTABEAMS  antenna traps

Portable radio specialists SOTABEAMS have introduced a new range of antenna
traps.

Available as a kit in two versions, 20 and 100 Watts.

These traps are unusual in that they have a built-in test circuit to allow
easy adjustment with an antenna analyser.

Complete design instructions are provided making it quick and easy to
construct traps for any frequency between 7 and 30 MHz.

The traps are very light and are specially shaped to allow portable
operators to pull them easily through foliage without snagging.  The 100
Watt version is already proving popular for home-station use.

The SOTABEAMS traps are sold in pairs and so can be used to make a two-band
horizontal antenna or a three band vertical antenna.
