Boa tarde colegas,

Quanto ao ponto 2 desse documento isso não se passa cá por Portugal
porque a Associação Nacional membro da IARU continua a cumprir com
os seus compromissos perante a IARU, assim como facilita o QSL Bureau a
não membros segundo os moldes da IARU ou seja pagando
uma taxa para suporte de custos, actualmente são recebidas centenas de
QSL's para não membros e que não são reclamadas talvez
porque não queiram pagar a respectiva taxa administrativa.
