Caro colega João Costa.

Pois ... mas para um hobby pagarmos por um ICOA quase tanto como uma
licença de UHF para uma rede privativa acho exagerado.

Enfim temos que viver com o que temos, e só podemos almejar que um dia o
nosso país viva de forma mais coerente e ajustada à nossa realidade.
