F5ZAL 2 metre beacon - Opera monitoring update

For those stations, who wish to monitor the beacon, the latest issue
of the Opera software has the beacon QRG pre-loaded in the frequency
list.

This ensures simplicity in use, click and tune, and further provides
the  correct spot QRG, uploaded to the psk-map and other Opera users

QRG set 144,474.5 using the 'dial usb format'

Actual beacon 144,476.0  MHz
