 Modifying the Signalink USB Interface

Geoff White G8APM found that his SignaLink USB interface didn't cover
the full 500 Hz to 2500 Hz bandwidth needed for advanced data modes

His SignaLink bandwidth appeared to be about 600 Hz to 2500 Hz but
after modification Geoff was able to achieve a flat response from 320
to 2500 Hz.
