Fewer UK Ham Radio exam passes in 2013

The RCF Examination Committee have released their report on the
amateur radio exams for 2013, it shows fewer people passed in 2013

In 2012, 1599 candidates passed the Foundation but the figures
released by the RCF Examination Committee show that only 1508 passed
Foundation in 2013. Pass totals for the Intermediate and Advanced were
also down.
