The latest newsletter reports on the Iranian over the horizon (OTH) radar that has been transmitting across the amateur radio 28 MHz band.

Also from Iran the transmissions of Radio Tehran on 21510 kHz have been producing spurious emissions in the 15m band on 21440 and 21370 kHz.
