ARLA/CLUSTER: Categoria 3: Uma questão de interpretação ou de tradução ?

As matérias dos exames de aptidão são baseadas na Recomendação da CEPT T/R 61-02, no ERC Report 32 e no ECC Report 89, respectivamente para as categorias 1, 2 e 3 e constam do Anexo 1.

ECC Report 89

The general characteristics of the three examination syllabi are:
Entry Level (equivalente à categoria 3 em Portugal): Practical and basic communication techniques and use of equipment together with relevant national and
international operating regulations should be covered. The objective being to ensure that the operator should not cause problems to other spectrum users.

The general characteristics of the associated privileges are:
Entry level licence (equivalente à categoria 3 em Portugal):  Restricted access to spectrum with limited power levels. Essentially a national licence with privileges
to suit the local environment. For using of amateur radio station outside native country it is necessary to apply for a licence if bilateral agreements between countries do not foresee some simplified procedure. Limits may be placed on home constructed transmitters.

Em França entendeu-se que : " La classe 3 est limité à 10W de 144 à 146 Mhz avec les classes d'émission A1A, A2A, A3E, G3E, J3E et F3E." 
 
Tradução Livre: " A Classe 3 é limitada a 144-146 MHz 10W (em estação própria) com classes de emissão A1A, A2A, A3E, G3E, J3E e F3E."


Definitivamente, acho que os franceses conseguem traduzir melhor do inglês que os portugueses.
