A generally poor week, even the weekend was very slow with a mini peak
on Sunday. I didn’t really try, being, as I was absorbed in the Ashes
cricket both days. And we won!! Again.
Not the same top DX station on any day of the week. Most unusual
looking call, 6O0LA, (Somalia) from a Norwegian DX group.

Sun: Just three fairly in-active sunspots this week.
There was fairly unusual photo from NASA of the Earth taken through
the rings of Saturn. Not easy to do since the sun tends to blot things
out. This was taken when there was a rare eclipse of the sun by Saturn
itself.

Sun: Just three fairly in-active sunspots this week.
There was fairly unusual photo from NASA of the Earth taken through
the rings of Saturn. Not easy to do since the sun tends to blot things
out. This was taken when there was a rare eclipse of the sun by Saturn
itself.
