Ham radio club has fun and helps community

The Daily Times reports the Totah Amateur Radio Club has been reaching
out to people near and far both for fun and to help the community.

The nearly 50 club members from around San Juan County keep in contact
with each other and friends all over the globe, and as far as the
International Space Station, using wireless technology that doesn't
involve a cell phone.
