Chinese DXpedition to Tibet

Members of the Dongcheng District Radio Club station (BY1WXD)
will be active as BY1WXD/0 for ten days from the Tibet Autonomous
Region (near Lhasa, grid square NL59hi) between September 27th and
October 7th. This will be the first DXpedition in the Tibet Autonomous
Region by Chinese operators.

Operators mentioned are Che BA7CK, Xu BA8IK, XiangQian BA9TX, Donghui
BD2FW, Gu BD4TS, Zheng BD5FFK, Ampear BD5QDM, Youjun BD5SO, Li BD9GQ,
Lin BG0GE, BG3MTK, BG5TOW, Lihua BG6MA, Nalan BG9API and Xiaolei
BG9XE.

This operation is sponsored by WOUXUN Elecs.

Activity will be on 40/30/20/17/15/12/10/6 meters (To Be Finally
Determined) using modes CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.

They will have two stations on the air using Icom IC-7000's and
SpiderBeam (To Be Finally Determined). Also, this activity will take
place during the "Worked All Provinces of China" Contest [WAPC]
(October 6th, between 0000-2356z).
