Flemish radio hams discriminated against 

A new decree (law) has been published in Belgium.
 
A so called 'SAR' (electromagnetic radiation output of transmitter antennas) dossier will have to be submitted by every radio amateur in Flanders...Yes, in Flanders! Not in the rest of the country!

Due to political reform, this matter moved from the national government to the Flemish and the Wallon and Brussels authorities.

The latter two have understood that these, technically nonsensical, demands should not be allowed to continue and they do not demand such follies any more from their population.

Not so the Flemish government!  
Minister Joke Schauvliege decided that Flemish Hams will be further submitted to this kind of bullying.

To make matters truly scandalous, the Flemish ham will have to pay the considerable sum of 75 Euro as a 'retribution' for the privilege of being discriminated against!
