QRP spots via APRS and Twitter

QRPspots is a popular site for low power operators to let people know who's active. Spots can now be posted by APRS and Twitter as well as via the website

In an email VA3SIA explains how to use it via APRS messages, he writes:

Just send an APRS message to callsign 'QRPSPT' it can be in any format as long as there's a callsign and frequency in there somewhere.

So, these all work: (in this example from VA3SIE).

Just heard VE3WMB on 14.063MHz
Gets posted as VA3SIE spotting VE3WMB on 14063kHz.
