This is a Windows console for Software Defined Radios (SDR). The software is currently under development with the first Betas expected late October
SDR-RADIO.com is a Windows console for SDR receivers and transceivers.
Designed specifically for the Amateur Radio and short-wave listener community, the console is planned to provide a powerful interface for the rapidly growing number of SDR enthusiasts.
The major features planned are:
* Transmit and Receive support,
* The console only runs under Windows, possibly WINE and Linux,
* Client-server architecture, a Windows service is installed on the computer connected to the radios (a LINUX daemon could be supported),
* Communications using secure / asynchronous TCP/IP,
* All data / settings use XML,
* Optional transverter displays
The site supports an active Forum.
