Radios (SDR). The software is currently under development with the first Betas
expected late October</FONT></H1>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>SDR-RADIO.com is a Windows console for SDR receivers and
transceivers.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>Designed specifically for the Amateur Radio and short-wave
listener community, the console is planned to provide a powerful interface for
the rapidly growing number of SDR enthusiasts.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>The major features planned are:</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana>• Transmit and Receive support,<BR>• The console only runs
under Windows, possibly WINE and Linux,<BR>• Client-server architecture, a
Windows service is installed on the computer connected to the radios (a LINUX
daemon could be supported),<BR>• Communications using secure / asynchronous
TCP/IP,<BR>• All data / settings use XML,<BR>• Optional transverter
