Desculpe a minha opinião mas D-Star com placa e PC perde o sentido de se
chamar "Radioamadorismo".
Com esse sistema deixamos de usar um radio para exercer a comunicação... mas
para quem não tiver um Repetidor de D-Star na sua região é uma forma de
comunicar com a rede.
Eu não explorei isso mas se calhar até dá para fazer o mesmo que o echolink
com um radio analogico ligado ao pc...
