may after all regard to the Weekend Music Radio, in Scotland (as per ID), 
not Jolly Joe R, all acc. this other obs.:



6400 Weekend Music R, Scotland, 1732-..., 07 Apr, English, talks ref. to 
gone, "classical" pir. stn, music; 45433, and vy. bad into the evening.  The 
announcer does have a typical, though mild, Scottish accent, and it seems 
he's often referring to many similar stns in the area, e.g. R.Dublin, Jolly 
Joe R & so on.
