I had to wait until 2300 y/day before I could report something you suggested 
re. Polisario Front's eventual prgr change due to Ramadan: it seems not.

Polisario Front active y/day, 29 Sep, on 1550 kHz alone, both morning (must 
have closed at 0900 as usual on Fridays as it f/out around 0845) & evening, 
when the Castilian prgr was again heard at 2300-0000, ex-1700-1800.
