Dear Wolfgang,
W.Sahara.
This stuff here under BC-DX 773 of 18 Sep is partly wrong
" ALGERIA [We. Sahara] National Radio of the Saharan Arab Democratic
Republic is back on SW frequency 7460.0 as follows:
0600-0800 in Arabic
1700-2200 in Arabic, co-ch Radio Free Asia in Korean 2030-2200
2200-2300 in Spanish,co-ch Radio Free Asia in Korean 2200-2230
(R BULGARIA DX MIX News, Ivo Ivanov, via wwdxc BC-DX Sept 5)"
in so far as:
a) the current sched. actually reads:
0600-0800 (0900 on Fri., but it may be other days too,
so it varies a bit, e.g. on 07 Sep, 0729-f/out 0845 on 700 kHz \\ 7460
v.strg.)
b) 1700-1800 Castilian, 1800-0000 Arabic
c) it may be co-ch RFAsia in Kor 1700-..., but the only disturbance noted
here /1700 till abt. 1800 is moderate~fair adj. DRM QRM, so I usually use
LSB. Then, much later, RFAsia via MNG is indeed noted, if not dominating
on
some instances, but that's typically closer to 2200 (on 09 Sep 2155-...,
7460 u/neath RFAsia).
1550 kHz is sometimes the only active outlet, e.g. today when obs'ed
/0600-0800*, vy. strg.; 7460 kHz was off on 17 or 18 Sep, and off too this
morning, 19 Sep.
Fq. announcement. As I put it on 12 Sep, at 1700 in Castilian they ann.
1550 kHz & "74.70" MHz (they mean 7460 kHz) while at 1800 in Arabic
they mention 2 wavelengths but 3 fqs so my guess is that the last one is on
the VHF-FM band.
Most of the above had already been dealt with on my 12 Sep message.

KOREA, South
1566 kHz HLAZ of the FEBC, Jeju, noted 2012-2041, 16 Sep, airing a
prgr in Korean, preacher, hymns; 54444 when not disturbed by co-ch G
stns. Earlier that evening, the AIR Nagpur on 1566 was obs'ed at 1830
with the usual newscast; fairly strong signal only disturbed by the also
usual tiny local stns in G, viz. BBC R.Briston & Somerset Sound, Taunton,
and County Sound R, Guildford. (Carlos Gonçalves - POR)
UNID
927.93 kHz UNID silent carrier causing a het. w/ R.Renascença 1 kW Évora, &
BEL. Could this be RTAlgérienne, Timimoun, testing? Rough DF both on the
SW coast & here in Lisbon indicates SEast. It's been on reguarly evenings
since first observed on 06 Sep. (Carlos Gonçalves - POR)
73,
Carlos.
