20px;line-height:22px;text-align:justify">Tras más de cinco años de trabajo de la URE batallando ante la Administración con la presentación de numerosos anteproyectos para el desarrollo y aplicación de la normativa, llegamos al final del procedimiento.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;line-height:22px;text-align:justify">Acaba de publicarse en la web de <a href="https://sede.minetur.gob.es/es-es/procedimientoselectronicos/Paginas/detalle-procedimientos.aspx?IdProcedimiento=147" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="color:rgb(0,131,185);text-decoration-line:none;outline:none">Radioaficionados</a> la Resolución de la Dirección General de Telecomunicaciones y Tecnologías de la Información por la que se aprueba la <span style="font-weight:700">relación definitiva de solicitantes admitidos y excluidos y se asignan los correspondientes distintivos de llamada de radioaficionado con sufijo de una letra</span> de acuerdo con el procedimiento administrativo establecido mediante resolución de la Secretaría de Estado para el Avance Digital, de 12 de julio de 2019.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;line-height:22px;text-align:justify">Dicha resolución ha salido publicada en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, <a href="https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2020/01/16/pdfs/BOE-A-2020-673.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="color:rgb(0,131,185);text-decoration-line:none;outline:none"><span style="font-weight:700">BOE 14, del jueves 16 de enero de 2020, disposición 673.</span></a></p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;line-height:22px;text-align:justify">Posteriormente la Dirección General de Telecomunicaciones y Tecnologías de la Información a través de <span style="font-weight:700">las diferentes <a href="https://avancedigital.gob.es/es-es/Jefaturas/Paginas/Jefaturas-Provinciales.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="color:rgb(0,131,185);text-decoration-line:none;outline:none">Jefaturas Provinciales de Inspección de Telecomunicaciones</a></span><span style="font-weight:700"> asignará de forma personal, de oficio</span>, según la carga de trabajo de cada una de las JPIT, <span style="font-weight:700">los nuevos distintivos de llamada con sufijo de una letra objeto de la presente resolución y hasta ese momento la asignación de los distintivos no es oficial, ni efectivo</span>.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;line-height:22px;text-align:justify"><span style="font-weight:700">Contra dicha resolución</span>, que agota la vía administrativa, <span style="font-weight:700">se podrá interponer</span>, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, <span style="font-weight:700">recurso potestativo de reposición</span> ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado <span style="font-weight:700">en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOE o bien ser impugnada directamente ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo de la Audiencia Nacional en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOE</span>, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, sin regarding one letter suffix amateur radio call signs<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">Spain's national amateur radio society URE report:<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">After more than five years of work of the URE struggling with the Administration with the presentation of numerous preliminary projects for the development and application of the regulations, we reached the end of the procedure.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">The Resolution of the General Directorate of Telecommunications and Information Technologies has just been published on the Radio Amateur website approving the definitive list of admitted and excluded applicants and the corresponding radio amateur call signs with a letter suffix are assigned.<br style="box-sizing:border-box">In accordance with the administrative procedure established by resolution of the Secretary of State for Digital Advance, of July 12, 2019.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">This resolution has been published in the Official State Gazette , BOE 14, on Thursday, January 16, 2020, provision 673.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">Subsequently, the General Directorate of Telecommunications and Information Technology through the different Provincial Headquarters of Telecommunications Inspection will assign, personally, ex officio , according to the workload of each JPIT, the new call signs with suffix of A letter object of the present resolution and until that moment the assignment of the badges is not official, nor effective .<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">Against said resolution , which exhausts the administrative route, it may be filed , in accordance with article 123 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, optional
