<p><a href="https://www.eurao.org/en/node/1017" target="_blank"><img alt="CFR" border="0" style="float: left; margin: 3px 10px 5px 0px;" width="90"> </a> <strong><acronym title="Community Friends Radio">CFR</acronym></strong> was founded in 1924, and recreated in 2017 by 24 regional clubs, most of them based in Russia, which objective is to preserve the true ham spirit and the free exchange of QSL cards.</p>
