<p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=91_D2KHdqgs" target="_blank"><img alt="CISAR signs for EURAO" border="0" style="float: left; margin: 2px 5px 0px 0px;" width="160"></a> On April 5, 2009, the presidents of the three first member associations decided to establish themselves as a <strong>Promoters Committee</strong> <a href="https://www.eurao.org/en/node/362" target="_blank"><img border="0"></a> with the aim of legalizing <strong>EURAO</strong>.</p>
<p>So they signed a formal constitution document, in some cases very solemnly, as you can see in this <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=91_D2KHdqgs" target="_blank">video</a> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=91_D2KHdqgs" target="_blank"><img border="0"></a> with IW5CGM.</p>
<p>Other members joined later on, reaching up to 13 associations from seven countries and two continents before dissolving the <strong>Promoters Committee</strong> in 2013, four years later, when the first Statutes were finally approved, the purpose for which it was created. Great job, guys! We remember those days with pride.</p></div>
