mercado envolve três procedimentos com vista à avaliação de conformidade dos equipamentos colocados no mercado, designadamente:</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">- Procedimento 1 - acções de fiscalização directas (presenciais e também efectuadas por catálogo e na internet) aos agentes económicos (distribuidores, importadores, comerciantes);</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">- Procedimento 2 - acções de acompanhamento de mercado, através de ensaios laboratoriais e análise de documentação técnica, para verificação da conformidade dos equipamentos;</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">- Procedimento 3 - acções de acompanhamento de mercado, através da análise de documentação técnica para verificação da conformidade dos equipamentos.</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">No ano de 2008, a actividade realizada teve a seguinte incidência:</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">- Procedimento 1 - Foram fiscalizados 667 equipamentos, tendo sido apreendidas 527 unidades, por se ter verificado que não cumpriam um ou vários requisitos obrigatórios para a sua colocação em mercado (nomeadamente, ausência de marcação CE, ausência de declaração de conformidade e de manuais em língua portuguesa).</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">- Procedimento 2 e 3 - Iniciaram-se 109 fiscalizações de equipamentos e ensaiaram-se 102 equipamentos, tendo-se registado uma taxa de não conformidades técnicas (ensaios) de 4 por cento.</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">Releve-se que os procedimentos 2 e 3 envolvem ensaios laboratoriais e análises documentais, permitindo avaliar de forma completa a conformidade dos equipamentos, com os requisitos constantes no regime do Decreto-Lei n.º 192/2000, de 18 de Agosto.</p><p style="box-sizing:border-box;margin:20px 0px;color:rgb(35,40,46);font-family:"Lucida Sans",sans-serif;font-size:14px">Quanto à tipologia dos
