We had to admit to ourselves that we could not organise the fair in the way we would be expected to. Our resources are currently heavily tied up in two major projects.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">As already announced in December 2017, we have acquired the product portfolio of Ultrabeam. Ultrabeam has been manufacturing electrically adjustable directional antennas for shortwave for over 10 years. The antennas are used internationally by demanding radio amateurs and commercial services for worldwide voice and data services. The current integration of the product range into our organization is binding a considerable part of our employees.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">We also doubled our storage and production area at the end of 2017 by purchasing a new building on a neighbouring site. This was urgently needed due to the high growth of recent years - not least also due to the acquisition of the Ultrabeam portfolio. This, too, ties up resources to a not inconsiderable extent.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">We want to continue to serve our customers with a comprehensive product portfolio as quickly as possible in the future. These activities are therefore of great importance for our further development and require a great deal of attention. As a result, we finally came to the decision to pause our participation in the "Ham Radio" fair this year.<br style="box-sizing:border-box"><br style="box-sizing:border-box">This spring we will hold our traditional in-house exhibition on 21. April 2018 as usual.
