Está à vista o exemplo português da categoria 3, que é radioamador mas não é (não tem privilégios), que é categoria de amador mas “novice”, segundo a CEPT, é só a cat.2 e por fim, para descalçar a bota chamam-lhe “patamar de acesso” que não é mais que um marcar-passo durante 2 anos!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Por outro lado não se compreende “a opinião” do EI3IO (nada nos diz que a IARU tenha proposto alguma coisa...) quando na Assembleia Geral em Setembro do ano findo a RSGB e a ARI tenham proposto, o que foi aceite por unanimidade, a realização de uma consulta (foto abaixo) para conhecer os parâmetros de atribuição da licença <i>novice</i> nos países da CEPT, provavelmente para que seja proposta à CEPT uma uniformização.
