Qixiang Electron Science &amp; Technology Co., Ltd, the Chinese manufacturer
that produces the AnyTone line of two-way radios, announced its intention to
release the AnyTone AT-D868UV, a dual-band VHF (136 – 174 MHz) and UHF (403 –
480 MHz) DMR portable radio in the United States on March 1, 2017.</span></p>

this new dual-band portable will support both DMR Tier I and Tier II operation,
making it compatible with ham DMR repeaters, which utilize two-slot TDMA

channels, VFO tuning and for DMR operation, it will offer two channels per
